Cincinnati's third round pick in 2023, Battle earned a starting safety role in the back half of his rookie season ... He played in all 17 games in 2023 and started each of the final seven ... Finished with the fifth most tackles on the team (69) while adding one INT, five PD and two sacks ... Recorded 58 of his 69 tackles over final eight games ... Was a team captain at the University of Alabama, where he totaled 251 tackles and six INTs over four-year career and helped Crimson Tide win 2020 national championship ... Named twice to All-America Third Team during college career.
