2022 Playoff Ticket Information
Playoff matchups will not be determined until the final regular season games have been completed. However, the NFL does require Playoff ticket information be provided to eligible Season Ticket Members in preparation for the possibility of hosting playoff games.
Wild Card Round On Sale Dates:
- December 15: Season Ticket Member Presale
- December 22: General Public On Sale

Do I have to purchase my tickets for the playoffs?
You are not required to purchase Playoff tickets; however, if you do not notify us of your intent or decline your playoff option, your seat location will be made available for sale to the general public for any potential Playoff games.
When will my credit card be charged?
The appropriate amount will be processed automatically the day it is confirmed the Bengals will host a home playoff game.
What if my credit card declines?
If your credit card is declined, the Bengals Ticket Office will email the email address on your account to receive updated credit card information in advance of the game. If your method of payment is not updated 48 hours after your initial credit card decline, your mobile Playoff ticket(s) will not be allowed entry into Paycor Stadium and will be made available to other ticket buyers.
What are the dates of our potential home playoff games?
January 14-16, 2023 - AFC and NFC Wild Card Playoffs
January 21-22, 2023 - AFC and NFC Divisional Playoffs
January 29, 2023 - AFC Championship Game
Please note, the Bengals could qualify for a playoff appearance as the AFC North Divisional Winner or as a Wild Card Team.
If I make full payment for playoff tickets, how do I get a refund if the Bengals do not host a playoff game?
You will automatically receive this as pre-payment toward your 2023 season tickets.
Will I have the opportunity to purchase additional playoff tickets as a Season Ticket Member?
Yes, we will have a Season Ticket Member pre-sale for single game Wild Card tickets on Thursday, December 15th
Can I just opt-in for my seats for one or two playoffs games or do I have to opt-in for all three potential games?
In order to secure your season ticket location for the 2022 playoffs you must opt-in for all three potential home playoff games by using Pay-As-We-Play
