The event will be a charity wine and sake tasting held at the Ascent at Roebling Bridge Condominiums (Covington) from 7-10 p.m.

Cincinnati Bengals safety Roy Williams, along with his teammates and other distinguished guests will present to help raise money for The Roy Williams Safety Net Foundation efforts to improve the lives of single mothers in the Cincinnati community.

The Roy Williams Safety Net Foundation was started in 2004 by Williams, a five-time Pro Bowl NFL safety. Inspired by his sister Alecia, a single mother doing her best to raise her young son, Williams decided that his foundation's mission would be to help ensure that low to moderate-income single mothers receive support, guidance and assistance in an effort to enhance their quality of life.

"I've seen firsthand the many challenges she and other women like her with children face on a daily basis," Williams said. "I want to do what I can to provide a safety net to help catch those families who are struggling."

The event will feature wine provided by Vintner Select Importers and sake provided by Ty Ku. Tickets for the event are $75.00, and are limited to the first 100 patrons. Tickets can be purchased online. For further information or questions, please contact Daylon Goff at 405-537-3812.
