In 2022, with the league's approval for the use of alternate helmets, Cincinnati introduced a new helmet branded as the "White Bengal," featuring a white base coat and the team's iconic black stripes. The White Bengal uniform set has become recognized as one of the coolest alternates in sports and the accompanying annual stadium whiteout tradition attracts fans from around the world.

The Bengals first debuted the White Bengal uniforms in 2022 against the Miami Dolphins. The uniforms underwent alterations after 2022, and the current iteration has been worn three times, including twice in 2023 against the Los Angeles Rams and the Jacksonville Jaguars and once in 2024 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Three of the four games have been at home, where Bengals fans white out Paycor Stadium in theme with the uniforms.
