BENGALS ENCOURAGE FANS TO ARRIVE EARLY,

AVOID LINES, AND ENJOY ENHANCED PRE-GAME

*           As Bengals fans prepare for the team's second prime-time home game in two weeks, this Monday night against Houston, the Club is encouraging all to enter the stadium early and avoid delays close to kickoff.*

*           Though clear bags are allowed, entry to the stadium will particularly be eased if fans forego bringing in purses or bags of any kind.*

*           "The combination of large crowds and good football weather always leads to a larger-than-normal last-minute crowd arriving at the security checkpoints," said Bengals spokesman Bob Bedinghaus. "Add to this the excitement of Monday Night Football, and the risk of missing kickoff increases for fans who have not planned accordingly. The stadium manager has added staffing and additional lighting where possible to help alleviate long lines, but a key element will be fans making the decision to arrive in plenty of time.*

*           "Also," Bedinghaus added, "we have a great lineup of pre-kickoff activities that we know will be enjoyable for the fans who get in their seats promptly."*

*           Headlining that lineup will be the Ohio-based multi-platinum band WALK THE MOON, singing the national anthem. Additionally, there will be the added pageantry of Monday Night Football, with enhanced fireworks for player introductions.*

BENGALS STATEMENT ON SECURITY,

IN LIGHT OF PARIS TERROR ATTACKS

* *

*           "Since 9/11, the NFL and the Bengals have taken an comprehensive approach to fan safety at all of our games. Security at NFL games has evolved over the years and will be in full force for the game**Monday evening**. While we do not go into the details of all the security measures in place at our games, many aspects of our security plans are obvious to fans. Examples include the Clear Bag Policy, use of magnetometers as fans approach the stadium, and K-9 searches. Other aspects of security may be less obvious.*

*           "Collectively our response represents the Best Practices that have been adopted by the NFL and other member Clubs."*
