The Bengals and The Heights Movement announced a new partnership for the 2025 NFL season as part of the third annual Earn Your Stripes contest presented by Paycor and the Bengals. The Heights Movement is an organization dedicated to improving the Lincoln Heights community. As the winner of this year's contest aimed at promoting minority-owned businesses in the Tri-State area, The Heights Movement will receive a sponsorship package for the season.
"We are extremely excited and humbled to be this year's Earn Your Stripes winner," said Daronce Daniels, Executive Director of The Heights Movement. "Thank you to Paycor and the Cincinnati Bengals for this amazing opportunity. This just shows if you keep working hard and serving your community, great things like this can happen."
The Heights Movement is an African American led nonprofit based in Lincoln Heights. They build economic, educational and cultural power in historically underserved communities by transforming underutilized land and overlooked talent into engines of opportunity. Their flagship initiative, Jackson Street Farms, is a one-acre urban agriculture campus run by youth and community members. They blend urban farming with 4-H agricultural education, youth entrepreneurship, financial literacy and workforce training. Their participants learn to grow food, manage inventory, run community events and sell value-added products. Many of the crops they grow are donated back into the community to local food pantries and shelters.
"The Earn Your Stripes contest provides opportunities to support small businesses and amplify community impact," said Taylor Conklin, Bengals Director of Community Engagement. "The Heights Movement is a true steward of the community providing jobs, teaching life skills and providing a space for residents to learn and grow. We are excited to partner with Paycor and The Heights Movement to raise awareness and support their mission so they can continue to provide more resources and innovative opportunities in Lincoln Heights and beyond."
