1. Bengals Legend in the Building

TJ Houshmandzadeh attended practice and made a beeline for WR Jermaine Burton.

"TJ knows my potential," Burton said. "He told me that if I stay locked-in mentally and physically, everything is going to work out for me."

2. Personal Receiver Drills for Gesicki

When the QBs do their first individual drills, Mike Gesicki makes it a personal receiving drill.

"With a jugs machine, you know where it's going to be every time," said Gesicki. "Our quarterbacks are extremely accurate, but it's just different catching it from a human."

3. Cam Sample Excited to Return to Form

After tearing his Achilles last year, it's clear that Cam Sample is thrilled to back on the field.

"It's so easy to take stuff for granted," Cam said. "I'm excited to go to practice – not that I wasn't before – but when the game is taken away, you get a different perspective.

4. High Praise for Fairchild

Rookie LG Dylan Fairchild has made a good impression on Joe Burrow.

"His presence in the huddle and at the line of scrimmage is very positive and gives the impression that he knows exactly what he's doing," Joe said. "You can tell he works hard. He's a big, strong, smart kid."

5. Dual-Threat Chase Brown

When discussing Burrow's receiving threats, don't forget Chase Brown who averaged 4.8 catches over his last 8 games.

"I feel like I can't improve my receiving ability enough," he said. "We've got a pass-first offense and I know my role. I'm going to try to make a ton of plays"
