1. Coach Speaks

It was a spectacular night for the team's annual public practice inside of Paycor Stadium.

Zac Taylor and Orlando Brown Jr. addressed the fans to begin the night.

2. Fant Excited for Burrow

Noah Fant is a Bengal, knowing that Joe Burrow helps tight ends get big contracts.

"That's definitely a known thing," said Fant. "That's one of the enticing things about coming here, and hopefully l'm able to do so. But first and foremost, it's help the team win."

3. Tinsley Time

Mitch Tinsley had a nice leaping catch. Joe Burrow mentioned his name in a news conference this week while discussing a deep and talented WR corps.

"I didn't hear it, but my mom mentioned it to me when I got home after practice that day," said Tinsley. "That's pretty cool."

4. Tahj Time

Tahj Brooks had an impressive night, showing his burst on runs and short passes.

"If Samaje goes down, he can be a pass protector," said scout Andrew Johnson. "If Chase goes down, he can carry the ball 20 times if we need him to. He is a jack-of-all-trades type of player."

5. "The Menace" Earns His Nickname

Shemar Stewart showed why he's nicknamed "The Menace."

He had a sack, a pass deflection, and bull-rushed 330-pound tackle Devin Cochran right into Jake Browning. He also blew up a running play. A terrific night for the rookie.
