The Bengals today signed unrestricted free agent S Bryan Cook to a three-year contract through the 2028 season.
Cook (6-1, 210), a fifth-year player out of the University of Cincinnati, originally was a second-round draft pick of Kansas City in 2022. He has played in 62 career regular-season games with 47 starts for the Chiefs, totaling 228 tackles, four TFLs, one sack, 15 PDs, three INTs and two FRs. He also played in six postseason contests with three starts for Kansas City and recorded 17 tackles, two PDs and one INT.
A native of Cincinnati, Cook attended Mount Healthy High School. He began his collegiate career at Howard University before transferring to Cincinnati, where he played from 2019-21.
