Will it be the "Sauerbraten Stacker" or "Porkopolis?"
While Cincinnati Bengals players and coaches were making final preparations for the start of the football season, one lineup won't be complete until Bengals fans have their say. The Bengals and ARAMARK, the team's exclusive food and beverage partner, need the fans help to decide which new sandwich to feature on Paul Brown Stadium's menu this season.
Fans can choose which of two sandwich finalists – developed with local flair by ARAMARK Executive Chef at Paul Brown Stadium Dan Schiferl – best appeals to their appetites by voting online at BengalsSandwich.com. The sandwiches will be available at the grill stand in Section 139 and the Pigskin Pub in Section 206, and at the Bengals Bistro in the East and West Club Lounges.
- Sauerbraten Stacker: Shredded sauerbraten of beef with braised cabbage, red onion, fennel slaw and a roasted garlic aioli served on a caraway seed salted rye Kaiser roll.
- Porkopolis: Sliced pork loin, sliced black forest ham, split grilled mettwurst, farmer's longhorn cheese, sliced pickle and spicy mustard served on a panini hoagie bun.
The winning sandwich – determined by total sandwiches sold and online votes – will be announced prior to the December 11 home game.
"Bengals fans are as passionate about food as they are football, so what better way to serve their taste preferences than by letting them vote for their favorite sandwich," said Jim Fox, ARAMARK's General Manager at Paul Brown Stadium. "We're continually looking for ways to involve fans in the menu development process to ensure we are creating new and delicious offerings for them to enjoy."

Fans attending Paul Brown Stadium this season will find several new dining concepts and menu additions to enhance their gameday experience, including LaRosa's Pizza, which will be available throughout the stadium.
