Week In Review: Complete Senior Bowl Coverage

The Bengals are in Mobile, Alabama this week coaching the South at the 2020 Senior Bowl. Bengals Director of Player Personnel Duke Tobin gathered with the Cincinnati scribes to discuss the team's offseason plans with the No. 1 overall pick, free agency and wide receiver A.J. Green. Tobin said it remains to be seen what happens as the offseason progresses and ruled out nothing for potential roster moves.

Burrow, Defense Lead Senior Bowl Topics

Tobin isn't ready to say the Bengals definitely won't trade the No. 1 pick in the April 23-25 draft. And he says there is plenty of time to get to know LSU quarterback Joe Burrow even though he won't play in Mobile. But it's never too soon to look for defense.

Herbert Starts His Bid

While they name steaks for Joe Burrow in Cincinnati's five-star restaurants, Oregon quarterback Justin Herbert is trying to cook up enough this week at the Senior Bowl to be regarded as filet mignon by the time the top of the NFL Draft rolls around.

Full Circle At Top Of The Draft

Before you can start talking about the stars and fate and irony and a little twist of Shakespeare in the emerging tale of Joe Burrow and the Bengals, his dad plays it as cool as the son in the pocket. The draft, Jim Burrow allows, is a long way away and he prefers not to discuss it or Joe or what may come April 23.

Taylor Fills Coaching Slots With Experience

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor continued to add experience to his staff when he made a couple of hires official. A few days after adding two-time college head coach Al Golden to coach linebackers, Taylor tapped former Jets safeties coach Steve Jackson to work with the cornerbacks as he begins his 26th season in the NFL as a player and coach.
