Dillon to start

GEORGETOWN, Ky. _ Bengals head coach Dick LeBeau changed gears and named Pro Bowl running back Corey Dillon as the starter for Friday night's second pre-season game in the Pontiac Silverdome.

LeBeau had said Dillon wouldn't play until the club's Aug. 25 home opener, but changed his mind because he wanted Dillon to experience pre-game preparation. He's expected to play only one or two series.

Lawson, who usually sets up at right end on passing downs, nearly broke Dunlap's rookie sack record last season and he likes the competition.
