PITTSBURGH - Some of the numbers that came out of the Bengals' 24-10 loss:

  • 2.9 - Steelers rushing yards per chance, a superb feat by the Bengals defense against the league's second-best rushing attack that came in averaging 4.2.

0 - The number of sacks of Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He had been sacked 19 times in the previous four games.

8 - Third-down conversions a week after the Bengals set a club-record 14.

13 - Career TDs Steelers wide receiver Hines Ward has scored against the Bengals that include his two Sunday that gave him Pittsburgh's all-time receiving touchdown record with 64.

86 - Yards Chad Johnson grabbed against the Steelers on Sunday, his most against them since getting 94 on Oct. 23, 2005.

8,051 - Johnson became the 70th NFL player to pass the 8,000-yard receiving mark.

5 - Catches Bengals wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh had Sunday, expanding his NFL lead over New England's Wes Welker to 88-81.

7-2 - Roethlisberger vs. Carson Palmer

51.6 - Palmer's passer rating, the second worst of his career, on 17-of-44 passing for 183 yards, 0 TDs,0 INTs.

52.1 - Oct. 3, 2004 in 28-17 loss to the Steelers on 20-of-37 passing for 164 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs

52.4 - Nov. 5, 2006 in 26-20 loss to Ravens on 12-of-26 passing for 194 yards, 1 TD, 2 INTs

53.3 - Sept. 19, 2004 in 16-13 win over the Dolphins on 21-of-38 passing for 147 yards, 0 TDs, 1 INT

53.5 - Dec. 11, 2005 in 23-20 win over Cleveland on 13-of-27 passing for 93 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT

53.8 - Oct. 23, 2005 in 27-13 loss to the Steelers on 21-of-36 for for 227 yards, 0 TDs, 2 INTs
