Cincinnati Bengals at Indianapolis Colts Preview

LOCAL RADIO: Dan Hoard (play-by-play) and Dave Lapham (analyst) led by "triple cast," on Cincinnati flagship stations WLW-AM (700), WCKY-AM (ESPN 1530) and WEBN-FM (102.7) on the 25-station Bengals radio network.
TV:  CBS broadcast team of Ian Eagle (play-by-play), Dan Fouts (analyst), and Jenny Dell  (sideline reporter) on Cincinnati's Channel 12, Channel 7 in Dayton, Ohio, Channel 27 in Lexington, Ky.

INJURIES
CIN:  Starting WR A.J. Green (toe) didn't surface on the field Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Classified as doubtful, it looks like he'll miss his second straight game. Starting SAM LB Emmanuel Lamur (hamstring), classified as doubtful, and starting MLB Rey Maualuga (hamstring), classified as out, were injured late in last Sunday's game, and haven't practiced this week. Rotational DT Brandon Thompson (knee) didn't practice this week again, classified as doubtful, but he may be ready to go next week for first time since he got hurt Sept. 14.

Starting RG Kevin Zeitler (calf) classified as probable looks like he'll play for the first time since Sept. 14 after going full Wednesday and Thursday and Friday.

Starting S George Iloka (abdomen), classified as probable, and starting RT Andre Smith (shoulder), classified as probable, were limited early in the week but are expected to go. So is DL Wallace Gilberry (eye) after he sat Wednesday and went limited Thursday.

IND:  Nickel CB Darius Butler (ankle) didn't work early in the week and could be a scratch. DT Arthur Jones (ankle) hasn't played in four weeks, but they're encouraged after he went limited early in the week.

»»  The last time the Bengals won in Indy, QB Boomer Esiason came off the bench on Nov. 9, 1997 for the injured Jeff Blake and led a 28-13 victory , when current Bengals QB Andy Dalton was nine years and Colts QB Andrew Luck was eight.

»» The Bengals lost their first post-season appearance to the Colts in an AFC semi in Baltimore, 17-0. The day after Christmas in 1970, Colts quarterback Johnny Unitas completed just six of 17 passes, but one was a 45-yard TD pass to Roy Jefferson and one was a 53-yard TD pass to Eddie Hinton.

»» Bengals offensive coordinator Hue Jackson has already gone head-to-head against Colts head coach Chuck Pagano. Jackson was the Ravens QB coach in 2008 and 2009 when Pagano coached the Baltimore secondary.
