Bengals wide receiver Chad Ochocinco has been vowing to come out of his training camp shell once the regular season begins and so he has with the opener in New England five days away.

He spent his off day Tuesday signing autographs for about 125 people during his appearance at the Kroger in Newport, Ky., where they were in the process of selling 750 boxes at $2.99 per of his Ochocinco's Cereal: " 14 ounces of Low Fat, Honey Nut, Toasted Oats goodness," it says.

A portion of the proceeds are going to Feed The Children, plus, Ochocinco's Soldiers For Giving got a plug on the back of the cereal box. Nancy Pessler, one of The Ocho's soldiers, said Tuesday they are planning a Coats For Kids drive in October.

Then The Ocho tweeted that he and fellow Bengals wide receiver Terrell Owens have their own show on the Versus Channel Tuesday nights at 10:30 p.m. starting Oct. 12. Then he said he'll be in New York for the Monday night opener pitting the Ravens against the Jets in a game six days before Baltimore comes to Cincinnati to open the Paul Brown Stadium schedule Sept. 19.

"Good to study live," he tweeted.

Via Twitter he also put out a pretty good ad for Sunday's game in Foxboro: "Great players on 1 field, Brady, Welker, Moss, TO, Ocho, Palmer #awesome."
