The Bengals on Tuesday made the following practice squad moves:
» Signed rookie wide receiver Freddie Brown of Utah. Brown (6-4, 210) was a seventh-round Bengals selection in the 2008 draft. He played in all four preseason games, with an 18-yard reception, and was waived on Sept. 5.
» Released rookie tackle Gerald Cadogan of Penn State, who had been signed to the practice squad on Nov. 3. Cadogan began his rookie NFL year as a college free agent signee with Carolina.
