THE SERIES
Ravens lead, 18-14, 11-5 at home.

NOTEWORTHY
» It is the first game in Baltimore since the death of Art Modell, the man that moved the Browns from Cleveland to Baltimore in a deal struck during the 1995 season. The Browns beat the Bengals in the last game ever at Cleveland Stadium that season, the only game they won after the move was leaked Oct. 30, the day after the Browns won in Cincinnati.

» Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis worked for Modell as the Ravens defensive coordinator for six seasons. He was hired to coach the Bengals by Mike Brown, son of Paul Brown, the man that Modell fired after 17 seasons he led the Browns to 11 championship games.

» The last time the Bengals won on the road Monday Night came against Modell's Browns, 34-13, on Oct. 22, 1990 in a game in Cleveland best known for Ickey Woods's comeback from ACL surgery.

» The last time the Bengals won on Monday Night Football was five years to the day at Paul Brown Stadium against the Ravens, a 27-20 victory fashioned by a late goal-line stand.

» There are only four Bengals left from that game on Sept. 10, 2007 and the only one on offense is left tackle Andrew Whitworth. Cornerback Leon Hall, defensive tackle Domata Peko, and left end Robert Geathers are also starting.

» The Bengals have six coaches who worked for the Ravens, including Lewis. Bengals head strength coach Chip Morton was the assistant for the Ravens from 1999-2001. Assistant strength coach Jeff Friday was the Ravens head strength coach from 1999-2007. Assistant secondary and special teams coach Hue Jackson was the Ravens quarterbacks coach from 2008-2009. Secondary coach Mark Carrier coached DBs from 2006-2009. Special teams coach Darrin Simmons broke into the NFL in 1998 in Baltimore as a special teams assistant.
