For the fourth time this season, Bengals wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase earned a nomination for the Pepsi Zero Sugar Rookie of the Week. This nomination comes after his strong Week 6 performance versus the Detroit Lions.

Fans can vote at NFL.com/voting/rookies and a winner will be announced later in the week.

Against the Lions, Chase recorded four receptions for 97 yards against the Lions and his downfield block on safety Will Harris helped clear the way for the 40-yard Mixon TD after a catch in the third quarter.

In 2021, Chase has been one of the most dynamic receivers in the league. He leads the NFL with five catches of more than 40 yards and ranks fourth the 553 receiving yards and tied for third with five touchdowns.

This is Chase's fourth Rookie of the Week nomination. He won the award after his Week 1 performance against the Minnesota Vikings with five catches for 101 yards and a touchdown, as well as in Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers when he made six catches for 159 yards, highlighted by a 70-yard touchdown.
