Although they are expected to make a few changes on offense for Sunday's game against the Giants at Paul Brown Stadium, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor didn't announce them when he handed in his inactive list before the game.

No surprises there, where kicker Austin Seibert and offensive linemen B.J. Finney, Keaton Sutherland and Fred Johnson were inactive. So was wide receiver Mike Thomas, out with a hamstring injury.

With Johnson inactive that points to right tackle Bobby Hart's return to the starting lineup. Seibert on the list for the 10th straight game points to the club's confidence in Randy Bullock after he missed an extra point and 34-yard field goal try last week in Washington.

There have been reports that Taylor is starting quarterback Brandon Allen in his Bengals debut and speculation that Quinton Spain makes his third straight start on the offensive line at a different position at left guard.
