Do we have to use your caterer?
Yes. Aramark Catering is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at PBS. They offer a wide variety of menus and options. See Aramark's catering menu for more information.
Why don't tour stops include the Bengals locker room?
The Bengals practice facility is within Paycor Stadium so our home team locker room is occupied year round by our players. They have access to their locker room 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We appreciate your understanding as to why we aren't able to walk tour groups through their locker room at any point throughout the year.
Do you provide audio and visual equipment and support?
Yes. With the help of our partnership with ITA, we can meet all your audio & visual needs to ensure a successful event. Your Private Events Manager will make the arrangements on your behalf.
What are the parking options for my guests?
Up to 20 parking spaces are provided on a complimentary basis. All other parking needs are met in one of the many parking lots that surround Paycor Stadium. Your PBSL Private Events Manager will work with the respective parking lot manager to reserve the parking lot on your behalf and will share driving directions, cost and payment information with you in advance.
Can we take a tour of the stadium?
If you would like to add a behind the scenes stadium tour of Paycor Stadium to your event, your Private Events Manager would be happy to schedule it for you.
Can we have an appearance by Who Dey or the Ben-Gals?
Let your Private Events Manager know if you have interest. Based on availability, appearances can be arranged from our mascot and cheerleaders.
Can we have an appearance by a Bengals alumni player?
We are happy to connect you with one of several Bengals alumni who are available to make event appearances.
What are the average prices for events held at Paycor Stadium?
Pricing varies for each event depending on a number of factors including event size, space requirements and any enhancements desired (e.g. tours, audio/visual needs, etc). We are happy to provide you with an estimate when we know more specifics about your particular event. To give you a general idea please be sure to check out the catering menu which includes prices on all food and beverage options.
How do I book an event?
Due to construction, Paycor Stadium is not currently accepting event requests.
To officially book, please contact us so we can learn more about your event. Simply complete & submit our online contact form or contact us at (513) 455-4830.
After an initial conversation to understand your needs, we will arrange a site visit, provide an initial cost estimate and begin the process of making your event a success. We strongly recommend you make an appointment to see just how remarkable the facility is. It is also critical that we review your potential floor plan and ensure our event space will suit your needs.
What happens after the site visit?
After a site visit and your confirmation that you would like to host your event at Paycor Stadium, we create a venue contract from the discussed details for your review. To reserve your date, you will need to sign the venue contract and send it to us with your room rental fee.
When do I need to commit to a date and event space?
It is best to commit to a date and event space as soon as you are ready to move forward, but the absolute minimum time period needed to execute an event is two weeks. There are no private events held at Paycor Stadium on the dates surrounding a home football game.
How late in the event planning process can I change my food order?
We ask that final menu selections be submitted at least two weeks before your event to your Aramark catering manager. Final guest counts can be submitted up to three business days prior to the event. Any variance from these timetables could result in additional costs or limited menu options.
Due to the structure of the building, helium balloons are strictly prohibited. Balloons used to decorate other than helium filled are acceptable. The use of glitter/confetti to decorate is not allowed. Additional clean up fees will be assessed if glitter/confetti or adhesive products are utilized. Votive candles are acceptable if secured in a stable, non-combustible enclosure. The flame tip must be at minimum one inch below the rim of the enclosure. Taper candles are prohibited. Cleaning charges will be assessed for wax damages to furniture, linen or carpeting. No staples, nails, tacks or adhesives are allowed on any walls, doors or hard surface floors (tape is permitted on carpeted flooring only). Painter's tape or masking tape is permitted for use on walls to hang lightweight materials. Limited size banners are acceptable and best hung on an existing railing using fishing line or twine to be provided by the client. Banners may only be placed in the area that has been reserved for the event. Banners cannot be hung in such a way to be viewed by the general public unless they have been approved. All decorations and flowers should be removed at the conclusion of your event. Please make sure that any decorations used are pre-approved by your Private Events Manager. Paycor Stadium, Ltd. & Aramark are not responsible for any items.
Food and Beverage Policies
All federal, state and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchase and consumption will be strictly adhered to. Aramark & Paycor Stadium, Ltd. will not dispense alcoholic beverages to anyone under legal drinking age or to any parties considered under the influence of alcohol. It is therefore policy that no liquor, beer or wine may be brought in from outside sources. All food and beverage consumed on the premises must be purchased through Aramark. Remaining food shall not be taken from the premises.
Aramark requires your final guest count at least three (3) business days before your event. This number will be considered a guaranteed number for attendance. If no guarantee is received, the expected number of guests on the Banquet Event Order will be considered the guarantee. If attendance falls below the guarantee, the licensee is responsible for the number guaranteed.
Should you have any outside vendors (DJ, gaming, photographer, florist, etc.) at your function, please provide the name, phone & email address of said vendors to your PBSL Private Events Manager. On the day of your event, your vendors will be required to load any equipment in through the designated load-in area and will have access 4 hours prior to the start of your event. Your PBSL Private Events Manager will be communicate with your outside vendors 5-7 days in advance of your event with information regarding load-in location, arrival time & complimentary vendor parking.
Venue payments can be made by check payable to Paycor Stadium, Ltd. Room rental fees and other confirmed expenses, such as scheduled tours or A/V rentals, are due with the signed venue contract. Any ancillary payments not known upon booking, such as last minute A/V rentals, are due upon receipt of the post event invoice. Payment for your food and beverage can be made via check or credit card to Aramark. Aramark requires a 50% deposit 30 days before your scheduled event date. Your final guest count and final payment on the anticipated menu total is due to Aramark three (3) business days before your event. If you are tax exempt, please inform your catering manager when you begin your menu planning; only food and beverage is taxable. A copy of your tax-exempt status will be required for Aramark's files, otherwise state tax will be included on your invoice from Aramark.
At this time Paycor Stadium, Ltd. does not have a program in place for public access to the stadium for photo shoots.
Secure storage space and staffing is limited. We prefer clients do not ship any items. If you require shipping please coordinate through the PBSL Private Events Department.
You can schedule Paycor Stadium tours for the 2023 tour season beginning January 9, 2023. Tours will be conducted Monday-Friday from 10 am-2 pm beginning March 1, 2023 through mid-July. Stadium Tours are not offered once the NFL season begins, including training camp and preseason.
Tour costs are $13 for adults and $11 for children 18 or younger, children 2 and under are free. Senior citizens and military receive a discounted rate of $11. A valid military ID is required for the military discount. Group pricing is available.

Standard Insurance Requirements
You must provide proof of general liability insurance as follows: a) $2,000,000 per occurrence b) The Cincinnati Bengals, Inc., Board of Commissioners of Hamilton County, and Paycor Stadium Ltd. and all of their respective directors, members, agents, officers, employees and volunteers to be denoted as Additional Insured for claims arising out of the event. The certificate must be provided ten (10) days prior to the event via an ACORD certificate.
Use of Logos
Due to license restrictions, any Cincinnati Bengals logos cannot be utilized or reproduced and should not be used to advertise the event on invitations, posters, banners, or media advertisements.
