Bengals & NFL Donate $250,000 to Harrison High School for New Turf Field
The Bengals and the National Football League Foundation Grassroots Program teamed up to contribute $250,000 to Harrison High School to install a new synthetic turf field. The new game field, along with a practice field that is also being built, will allow for more football games and practices, as well as other sporting events and community usage.
Fifth Third Bank Teamed Up With the Bengals To Help Pay Off Student Loan Debt
During the 2019 season Fifth Third Bank teamed up with the Bengals to help pay off student loan debt. Every time the Bengals offense had a drive of at least 53 yards, Fifth Third added $530 to a grand prize sweepstakes. At the end of the season, the Bengals had 46 drives of at least 53 yards which means, Bengals Banking customer, Tony, won over $28,000 to pay down his student loan debt. Hall of Famer Anthony Munoz surprised Ava Wickham with the "Experience of a Lifetime" - a trip with the team to the #Bengals Week 11 game in Oakland. The "Experience of a Lifetime" is part of the #NFL100 campaign celebrating the league's 100-year anniversary.
Bengals in the Community: Huddle For 100
The Bengals teamed up with the City of Cincinnati to Huddle For 100 and Give One for Cincy. Bengals players worked with Park Board staff to remove invasive plants from Inwood Park to help kick off National Day of Service events in conjunction with Cincinnati Cares. In honor of the NFL's 100th season, the Bengals are encouraging fans, players, coaches and employees to choose a cause and donate 100 minutes of their time.
