The Bengals signed Tinsley to a Reserve/Future contract in February, adding a 6-foot-1, 205-pound prospect to the wide receiver room ... Tinsley entered the NFL as a college free agent signee of Washington in 2023 and played in two games during his rookie season, then spent the '24 campaign on the Commanders' practice squad ... He finished his collegiate career at Penn State in 2022, after spending two seasons ('20-21) at Western Kentucky and starting off at Hutchinson Community College in Kansas ('18-19) ... Caught 51 passes for 577 yards and five TDs in lone season with the Nittany Lions.
