Ben-Gal Junior Cheerleader Program

The Cincinnati Ben-Gal Cheerleaders are proud to announce the Jr. Ben-Gal Cheerleader Program. This unique opportunity will give young girls a season's worth of memories, experience and fun. The program’s highlight will be an onfield performance in front of 65,000 cheering fans at Paul Brown Stadium during the 2009 season. This exciting opportunity is open for only 100 girls aged 5-15 years old from around the Tri-State.

The Jr. Ben-Gal program will give these special young ladies hands-on instruction from one of the NFL’s premier cheerleading squads.

Specifically, the Jr. Ben-Gal season will run from August to December with clinics designed to create and promote self esteem, pride and confidence. An optional dance camp will be offered to jump-start the season as well in July. The clinics, which will be held beginning in August, are designed for both experienced and novice cheerleaders. These Jr. Ben-Gals will learn performance fundamentals and also experience community involvement right alongside the NFL’s Ben-Gals!

Ben-Gal Dance Camp
Also, many young ladies find a both fun and valuable experience for the Jr. Ben-Gal program by attending the Ben-Gal Dance Camp. The camp is a weeklong exciting experience designed for all ages, filled with tips and training for every young girl. It’s a great way to get ready for the Jr. Ben-Gal season. The camp kicks off on July 6. Imagine dance camp and the Jr. Ben-Gal Program!

This experience will take place July 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10. Dance Camp hours for the week are 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. The special cost for Jr. Ben-Gals to attend dance camp is $65 or a total of $550 for both dance camp and the Jr. Pro program. Dance camp will be optional for those not in the Jr. Ben-Gal program for $150. Join the Ben-Gals for summer fun!

» Program space is LIMITED; this program will sell out!
» Registration deadline and full payment is due July 6, 2009.
» NO refunds will be issued after this date.
» Confirmation of registration will be sent by email; please be on the lookout for correspondence from the Jr. Cincinnati Ben-Gals.
» All Jr. Ben-Gals MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all events; please NO DROPOFFS.
» A Disclaimer & Indemnification form MUST be signed by a parent/guardian in order to participate in the program.
» There will be both an orientation and uniform meeting that will be mandatory for parents/guardians.
» An information packet will be distributed at the scheduled kickoff party at Coco Key Water Resort.
