Welcome to the 2026 Auditions!

We are excited for our 2026 season, and are looking for dancers, plus those interested in being community ambassadors for the Cincinnati Bengals. The Ben-Gals cheer @ Paycor Stadium with over 64,000 fans in the "jungle", and have been a big part of the team since 1968. The Ben-Gals represent the organization in many off the field appearances, as well as performing at all home games! Join us at Paycor Stadium with the best seat in the house! Who Dey!

2026 Auditions will begin in April, with prep classes beginning in March. See below for more details!

REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must be at least 20 years of age as of September 1, 2026.

  • Candidates must be available throughout the year for practices, which average 2-3 times per week.
  • Candidates must be physically fit to endure running/dancing on the field, including performing in inclement weather.
  • Candidates must be available for all Bengals home games, including preseason, and playoff games.

WHAT TO WEAR

  • We recommend applicants wear athletic spandex shorts, sports bra, (crop top) sneakers, hosiery.

What will the audition process look like?

April 18: Preliminaries for all new contestants who were not on the 2025 current roster, 12:00 PM (Doors open at 11:00 AM)

April 19: Semi-Finals for those who made the preliminaries, plus the current roster, 12:00 PM (Doors open at 11:00 AM)

April 21: Audition Process, 6:30 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)

April 22: Audition Process, 6:30 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)

April 28: Audition Process, 6:30 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)

April 29: Interviews, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

April 30: Audition Process, 6:30 PM (Doors open at 5:30 PM)

How can I best prepare for auditions?

We will be hosting in person prep classes with elite choreographers on the following dates: March 10, March 19, March 24, March 31, April 7. Additionally, we will be hosting a Master Workshop on April 11. We highly encourage you to engage in classes within, or elsewhere to best prepare for auditions. Regular classes are $25 each, from 6:30-8:30 PM, and the Master Workshop is $50 on April 11 from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM, all at the IEL Indoor Facility. Please click here to sign up for prep classes.

If I make the squad, what is the time commitment?

The cheerleaders practice primarily Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting mid-May until the end of the football season, including post season play, with built in time off depending on the team schedule.  During the months of June and July, there could be up to 3 practices per week.

Is this a full time job?

No, this is a part-time/seasonal job. Cheerleaders are compensated for all games, practices and appearances. We do encourage all cheerleaders to have a full time job and/or be a full time student.
