Action Required: Club Seat Conversion
IMPORTANT: Please read the below in its entirety for important notices and required actions regarding your season ticket seats for future seasons, which are impacted by upcoming renovations.
THE RENOVATION
The Cincinnati Bengals are proud to announce the next phase of ongoing renovations to Paycor Stadium: the comprehensive overhaul and expansion of Club spaces and Suites. Planned for 2026, the team-funded Club Renovation project will convert 2,000 seats into new Club Seats in order to meet growing demand for Club Seats with access to indoor lounge space. New features include expanded and upgraded lounge spaces and seating, enhanced vertical transportation including escalators and elevators, dramatically increased concessions points of sale, expanded food and beverage offerings including local craft beverage options, enhanced video screens, upgraded restrooms, new premium seating options, and modern finishes with authentic Bengals design accents. IMPACT TO YOUR SEATS
As part of the lounge expansion, the "convertible club" seats on the south end of each club (sections 201, 202, 203-N, 247-N, 248, 249) will become Club Seats. The conversion will become effective on March 1, 2026 and therefore be in effect for the 2026 NFL season. The Bengals are providing this notice of the Bengals' election to convert your general admission convertible club seats to Club Seats. Upon such conversion, your former general admission seats will be subject to all the terms, conditions, rights and obligations attendant to Club Seats.
We greatly value you and your support. You have three options to choose from - thoughtfully designed to give you the flexibility to pick what works best for you.
ACTION REQUIRED
Please indicate whether or not you would like to retain your current season ticket seat locations and submit such election on the Club Seat Conversion Response Form (the "Response Form") in your Bengals Ticketmaster Account before Tuesday, September 30, 2025 at 5:00 PM EDT (the "Response Date"). IF YOU'RE AMONG THE MANY FANS WHO WANT CLUB SEATS, ELECT TO RETAIN CLUB SEATS
- Your 2026 renewal invoice will reflect the Club seats and price. The 2026 renewal price for Club season tickets will be $2,800 (sections 201, 202, 248, and 249) or $3,000 (sections 203, 247).
IF YOU DO NOT TIMELY MAKE AN ELECTION BY 9/30/2025 AT 5:00 PM EDT
- Failure to submit a completed Response Form by the Response Date will be conclusively deemed as your decision to decline the Club Seats.
- You will receive other seat locations outside of the Club selected by the Bengals to be reflected on your 2026 season ticket renewal invoice.
IF YOU PREFER TO STAY IN GENERAL ADMISSIONS SEATS, ELECT TO NOT RETAIN CLUB SEATS
Following your online election, you will be prompted to select new seats from available inventory for your 2026 season tickets. Your 2026 renewal invoice will reflect the new seats and price. To provide you access to as many seat options as possible, provided you renew your season tickets for 2026, we will offer four total special priority seat selection/relocation periods:
- The initial seat selection as part of the online election flow, which is open now and accessed by clicking here.
- One in which only the newly available Club Seats are open for seat additions or relocations (expected in November 2025)
- An early priority period shortly before the standard annual seat add and relocation process in which all available season ticket seat locations in the stadium are open for selection, including non-renewed season ticket seats (expected in March 2026)
- The standard annual seat add and relocation process, with time slots assigned in STREAK order, which will provide you access to any seats that open resulting from members with earlier time slots relocating (expected in March 2026)
