  • What will the audition process look like?

The preliminary round of auditions will be a virtual video submission for all candidates who were not employed as a cheerleader in the 2021-2022 season. If you are chosen during the virtual round, you will join the veterans for a semi-final audition at Paul Brown Stadium, Club West on May 17th, 2022. The finalist candidates will be announced on May 17th, and mandated to participate in all of the following dates in order to compete in the finals: May 19th, May 24th, May 26th, May 31st, June 1st. The final audition showcase will be June 4th, 2022.

  • How can I best prepare for auditions?

We will be hosting in-person prep classes, April 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, May 3rd, May 5th. We highly encourage you to engage in class to prepare for auditions. Classes are $25 each, and will be held at Paul Brown Stadium from 7:00-9:00 PM. REGISTER HERE for prep classes. (You can add a registration link for classes)

  • If I make the squad, what is the time commitment?

The cheerleaders practice Tuesday and Thursday evenings starting mid-June until the end of the football season with occasional weeks off. During June and July, there could be up to 3 practices per week. Cheerleaders perform at all home games and participate in appearances in the Cincinnati area.

  • Is this a full time job?

No, this is a part-time job. Cheerleaders are compensated for all games, practices and appearances. We do encourage all cheerleaders to have a full time job and/or be a full time student.
