ADDRESS CHANGE - If you need to update your account, we do require something in writing from the season ticket holder on account. You can send this as a written statement to Cincinnati Bengals, ATTN: Ticket Office, 1 Paul Brown Stadium Cincinnati, OH 45202; you can also email the change to us at

ADMITTANCE - PBS Gates open ninety (90) minutes prior to kickoff. Children under the age of two will not be required to have a ticket. Once you enter the stadium, you may not exit and then re-enter. Medical emergencies are the only exceptions.

BOX OFFICE INFO - The Bengals Ticket Office is open Monday-Friday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and on Saturdays before a home game, 9 a.m. until noon. The office is located in the Bengals administration building on the South side of the stadium, near Gate E.

On game days, our Ticket Office/Will Call location is on the North side of the stadium; we are located between Gate B and Gate C, next to the Bengals Pro Shop. Will call and sales windows are open four hours prior to kickoff until the end of the second quarter.

CLUB SEAT ACCESS - Club Seat guests may enter Paul Brown Stadium at the designated Club entries adjacent to Gates A and D as well as any other gate.

COA TRANSFERS - Transfers are processed from the end of the season through April 1. Forms will be available at the conclusion of the season.

LOST TICKETS - Download your tickets on your smartphone through the Bengals Official App or call the Bengals Ticket Office at (513) 621-8383.

NFL TICKET EXCHANGE - NFL Ticket Exchange powered by Ticketmaster is the Official Ticket Exchange of the Cincinnati Bengals. Season Ticket Members can take advantage of NFL Ticket Exchange as a way to sell their unused tickets. When you can't get to the stadium, get something back on your season tickets: Reach more buyers, post tickets easily for resale, never deal with ticket delivery and get automatic payment for all tickets sold. When you sell or forward your tickets, don't forget to destroy the originals. When you sell tickets on NFL Ticket Exchange or forward them using My Bengals Account, the original barcodes are canceled and new ones are issued immediately so there's only one set of valid tickets available at a time. If someone tries to get in using the original tickets with canceled barcodes, we'll flag your account and may suspend your selling and forwarding privileges while we investigate.

This is part of our aggressive efforts to protect Season Ticket Members and other Bengals fans from ticket fraud and provide a great game day experience. Please don't try to use your tickets or give them to friends or family after you've sold or forwarded them, and destroy them to make sure they don't get lost or stolen.

RELOCATIONS - Relocations take place in the offseason. All Season Ticket Members receive a relocation request form in an email sent by their Account Manager in February. Relocations requests are processed in account number order and are based on availability.
