Donation Requests

The Cincinnati Bengals have a strong commitment to the community and support many worthwhile charitable causes and events each year.

Due to the large volume of requests, the Bengals have established the following guidelines.

  • • All donation requests must be submitted online.
  • • Your non-profit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. If you are a business sponsoring a charitable event, please ask a member of the charity to complete the donation request form.
  • • Your event must benefit a non-profit organization located in Ohio, Kentucky or Indiana, with priority given to the Greater Cincinnati area. Fundraisers to benefit an individual or family are generally not honored.
  • • Requests must be submitted at least six weeks in advance of the event.
  • • Organizations are eligible to receive only one donation item per year from the Bengals.
  • • It is recommended that your event not be centered on the anticipation of receiving a donation item, but should be approached as a complimentary element to your event.
  • • The Bengals do not accept fan merchandise for the purpose of autographing under any circumstance.

The Bengals receive thousands of donation requests every year. We try to fulfill as many of these requests as possible, but please be aware that we cannot guarantee that every donation request will be met.
