How does Auto-Renewal work?

Lock down your Bengals Season Tickets for the 2022 season. It's easy and convenient – pick the payment plan you want & get notified when you are billed. This Auto-Renewal option automatically renews your membership every year until you opt-out.

When can I opt-in?

Opt-in to Auto-Renewal at any time! Your card won't be charged until March. Opt-in today to save time and secure your seats.

That's it! We'll communicate your pricing and benefits information through email so you stay up to date with any changes to your membership.

What are my payment options with Auto-Renewal?

- Pay in full on March 1, 2022

- 4 Month Payment Plan

Payments are spread equally across the following dates:

  • 3/1/2022
  • 4/1/2022
  • 5/1/2022
  • 6/1/2022

- 8 Month Payment Plan (which becomes the monthly subscription plan i.e. 12 month plan)

How will I be notified of membership changes or pricing?

Any changes to your membership including pricing and benefits will be communicated through email at the beginning of February. You will have until February 28th to opt-out of your membership for the following season and receive a refund on any money paid towards the following season.

What if I would like to make changes to my account, such as update my payment or address?

If you would like to make changes to your account in the form of updating your payment information, requesting a seat change or updating your address, please log in to your Bengals Account or contact your dedicated Bengals Account Manager.

How do I make changes to my membership, including seat additions or relocations?

If you would like additional seats added to your membership, please fill out this form and your Account Manager will reach out to you!

Seat relocation will be online through your Bengals Account Manager in the Spring. Stay tuned for information!

What happens if I opt-out of my membership?

You can opt out of your membership during the opt-out window which falls in the month of February. If you do opt-out of your membership and choose not to renew for the following season, your seat location, tenure and COA status will reset for future membership purchases.
