What is Auto-Renewal?

We want Season Ticket Membership to be a no-brainer! With Auto-Renewal, save time and automatically renew your season tickets every year without having to take action. It's easy and convenient – pick your payment plan & get notified when you are billed.

Why is renewal timing different this year?

We opened renewals in November to give fans more visibility and time to plan for a great next season! This coincides with the start of our most popular payment plan - our monthly subscription plan, which starts November 1st.

Plus we think season tickets are the perfect holiday gift to celebrate with your gameday crew this holiday season!

How do I opt-in to Auto-Renewal?

You can opt-in to Auto-Renewal at any time!

  • Select the payment plan that best fits your needs.
  • Add your payment information, acknowledge the Auto-Renewal terms and conditions, and process your payment.
  • That's it! We'll communicate your updates and benefits information through email, so you stay up-to-date with any changes to your membership.
How do I opt-out of Auto-Renewal?

Please call our Season Ticket Member Services Hotline at (513) 455-8888. The deadline to opt-out of Auto-Renewal is 5pm ET, November 30, 2022.

What are my Auto-Renewal payment options?
  • 12 Month Payment Plan: Our most budget-friendly payment plan is our monthly subscription option.
  • Pay-In-Full: Due by January 31st, pay one time and you're done!

How do I view my billing schedule?

Log into your Bengals account here to view your payment schedule!

How will I be notified of membership changes or pricing?

Any changes to your membership including pricing and benefits will be communicated to your Bengals account email. View your account information here.

What if I would like to make changes to my account, such as update my payment or address?

If you would like to make changes to your account in the form of updating your payment information, requesting a seat change or updating your address, please log in to your Bengals Account by visiting www.bengals.com/am or contact your dedicated Bengals Account Manager.

How do I make changes to my seat location and/or add seats?

You will first need to renew your current Season Tickets to have access to an online relocation process that will happen in February. Based on your Season Ticket Member tenure you will be provided a corresponding date and time to relocate and/or purchase additional seats.

What happens if I do not renew my Season Ticket Membership?

We would hate to see you go! If you choose not to renew for the following season you will lose your seat location, tenure and benefits. Any associated season parking passes will also be forfeited. If you have a COA, status will reset for future membership purchases.

To repurchase season tickets, you will have to join the waitlist.

The deadline to opt-out is 5pm ET November 30, 2022.

How do I switch my Auto-Renewal Payment Plan?

If you're currently enrolled in Auto-Renewal and would like to switch your payment plan to a different Auto-Renewal plan please click here or call our Season Ticket Member Service hotline at (513) 455-8888.

How do I change my parking for next year?

Your parking will automatically renew with your tickets. If you'd like to change or add parking, that will occur after our relocation process. Please email your service rep to indicate your interest in parking for next season.

How do I renew if I'm not opted into Auto-Renewal?

First, we'd recommend you join Auto-Renewal to avoid the hassle of renewing every year!
