Week 1 - Bryan Cox, Seton High School

Week 1 - Bryan Cox, Seton High School

Bryan Cox, in his third year as Seton High School's flag football coach, brings a wealth of athletic and coaching experience to the field. Mr. Cox is the Business Teacher at Seton High School, along with other duties including the FBLA and National Business Honor Society advisor.

 A former football standout at Capital University, where he earned All-OAC honors twice and was a four-year letterman. Bryan also excelled at Norwood High School, in football, achieving Conference Player of the Year and all-state recognition. He was honored in 2022 with an induction into the Norwood Athletics Hall of Fame for football, wrestling, and baseball.

With coaching experience spanning multiple levels at Westerville North and Lakota East football, along with roles in wrestling and baseball, Bryan is dedicated to fostering athletes' growth, discipline, and teamwork both on and off the field. Bryan, his wife Kimberly, and three children, Kael, Quinn, and Kelsci, reside in West Chester.

Desmon Gault is a dedicated leader, coach, and community advocate with a strong foundation in faith and family. He currently serves at Mount Notre Dame as Technology Coordinator, as well as the Head Coach of Flag Football, where he guided the team back-to-back to victory as the Girls Flag Champions in 2024 and 2025. With ten years of experience coaching Loveland Youth Football, Desmon has shaped young athletes both on and off the field. His dedication and excellence in sports earned him induction into the Western Hills High School Hall of Fame in 2018 and the Cincinnati Public School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2019.

Week 3 -Mike Sebastian, Badin High School

Mike Sebastian, Cincinnati Enquirer Coach of the Year, is a dedicated leader who made an immediate impact at Badin High School. In the program's first season of flag

football, Sebastian guided the team to a 13–3 record, a second-place finish in the city tournament, and a state championship.

Known for his steady leadership and commitment to his athletes, Sebastian emphasizes teamwork, preparation, and pride in representing Badin. His guidance helped establish a strong foundation for the program and set a standard of excellence from the very beginning.

Week 4 -Karen Harrison, Shroder High School

Week 4 -Karen Harrison, Shroder High School

Karen Harrison is a dedicated and inspiring leader for the Shroder High School girls flag football program. In May 2025, she was one of just four coaches to lead her team to the State Championships, showcasing her commitment to her athletes and the growth of the sport.

Coach Harrison focuses on building fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence, creating a positive environment where her players can grow both on and off the field. Her leadership continues to help shape a strong and competitive program at Shroder High School.
