The Bengals finished off their Trench Draft Saturday with the selection of their seventh lineman when they took Kansas State edge rusher Wyatt Hubert on their tenth and final pick in the seventh round.

That gives them three offensive linemen and four defensive linemen.

The 6-3, 258-pound Hubert was a defensive end at Kansas State and a freshman All-American and two-time first-team All-Big 12 selection. Last season he tied for eighth in the FBS with 8.5 sacks (also 27 tackles, 13 for loss, two forced fumbles).

One area scout for an AFC team said of Hubert, "Usually those big, strong guys that play hard end up being better than you grade them. He's got a lot of production, too."
