MLCF seeks ideas for Hometown Huddle project

The Marvin Lewis Community Fund is in search of the perfect Hometown Huddle project for the fall and they need your help!

If you know of a site that needs uplifted or a project that needs legs please fill out the form on the MLCF Web site so it can be considered for the 2011 HH project.

The MLCF team will choose the project prior to July 1. If your project is choosen you will receive: 
• A football autographed by all the participating Bengals players
• A photo with Coach Marvin Lewis
• The opportunity for 10 of your family/friends to come work alongside the Bengals to bring the project to life on the day of the build

Below are the qualifications that need to be met in order for the project to be considered. 
• Must be in an area of need in the Greater Cincinnati region
• Scope of the project must fall in line with encouraging kids to stay healthy and active
• Scope of the project must be large enough to accommodate work for 300 volunteers (landscaping, mulching, building equipment, planting trees, painting, etc.)
• Must have an area large enough to have a program and Lunch (i.e. Community Center, grassy area)
• Must have suitable onsite parking or adjacent for players and sponsors (accommodate 50-60 cars)
• Must be on or very close to a bus route
