It looks like Pro Bowl wide receiver A.J Green (toe) is going to miss his third straight game when he was downgraded to doubtful after Saturday's practice. The 5-5 Bengals are staring at a huge AFC North game Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium (1 p.m.-Cincinnati's Channel 12) against the 3-6-1 Browns already missing two starting tight ends, two starting linebackers and probably starting cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick (shoulder), also downgraded to doubtful after the workout.
Left tackle Cordy Glenn (back) remained questionable as the Bengals offense tries to find the missing juice without Green. Before he went down on the last play before the bye, the Bengals were tenth in NFL scoring with nearly 27 points per game as he registered the final 11 yards of a 402-yard effort against Tampa Bay. In the two games without him, they've scored five touchdowns in eight quarters on 539 yards.
The Bengals are looking to get big days from wide receivers John Ross, who has four touchdowns out of his 11 catches this season, and Tyler Boyd, on pace for a 90-catch, 1,209-yard season. Kirkpatrick has yet to miss a game this season and would most likely be replaced by Darqueze Dennard with rookie Darius Phillips probably taking Dennard's spot in the slot.
