The Bengals today cleared OT Jonah Williams (Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform) to resume practicing with the team, and signed WR DaMarkus Lodge to the practice squad.

Williams, the Bengals' first-round pick (11th overall) in April's draft, has not played this season due to a shoulder injury he suffered in June during OTAs. He did not play in preseason, and then was placed on R/PUP on Aug. 31. Williams now may practice without counting against the 53-player roster limit. The team may choose to activate Williams to the roster at any time during the remainder of the season.

Lodge (6-2, 203), a rookie out of the University of Mississippi, originally was a college free agent signee of Tampa Bay this year. The Bucs waived him on final cuts. He fills the practice squad spot vacated by WR Damion Willis, who was signed to the Cincinnati's active roster on Tuesday.
