Ben-Gal Cheerleaders Audition Frequently Asked Questions

What will the audition process look like?

The preliminary round of auditions will be held in person at Paul Brown Stadium, May 16. We will select semifinalists to attend in-person workshops during the week of May 17. Finals will be held, June 6 at The Newport Syndicate and will be open to the public. However, all other workshops and auditions are closed.

How can I best prepare for virtual auditions?

We will be hosting a combination of virtual and in-person prep classes in May. We highly encourage you to engage in class to prepare for auditions.

If I make the squad, what is the time commitment?

The cheerleaders practice every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. starting in June through the end of the football season with occasional weeks off. Cheerleaders perform at all home games and participate in appearances in the Cincinnati area.

Is this a full time job?

No, this is a part-time job. Cheerleaders are compensated for all games, practices and appearances. We do encourage all cheerleaders to have a full time job and/or be a full-time student.
