Login To Your Account
Step 1
Download the Official Bengals App and press the CONTINUE button
Step 2
Sign in using the Ticketmaster login option
Step 3
Tap continue to sign into Bengals.
Step 4
Enter Email Address and Password
Access Your Tickets
Step 1
Open the Official Bengals App on your mobile device
Tap "Tickets" at the bottom center of your screen.
Step 2
Tap MANAGE TICKETS
Log in using your email address and password associated with "My Bengals Account" if you have not already done so.
Step 3
Once you are signed in, you will see a list of all your games for the season.
Select the tile for the game/tickets that you would like to access.
Step 4
Tap VIEW BARCODE to display the rotating barcode you'll scan at the ticket gate for entry.
We highly recommend iPhone users add tickets to their Apple Wallet due to network traffic at the gates on gameday.
REMINDER – screen shots will not work for entry, the barcode constantly changes and will not work.
Transfer Your Tickets
Step 1
Once you are signed in, your screen will list all of your games for the season. Select the tile for the game/tickets that you would like to transfer.
Step 2
Tap Transfer
Step 3
Select the seats you would like to transfer.
Step 4
Your recipient will need to download the Official Bengals App and follow the instructions for "Access Your Tickets."
Sell Your Tickets
Step 1
Select the tile for the game/tickets that you would like to sell and tap SELL.
Step 2
Select the seats you would like to sell.
Tap SET PRICES
Step 3
Enter the price that you would like to list your tickets for.
Tap PAYOUT METHOD at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4
Choose the method you would like for receiving payment for your tickets and tap SELL TICKETS to complete your listing.

How do I get the Official Bengals App?
The Official Bengals App can be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices, or by searching for the "Cincinnati Bengals" app in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Can I still print my tickets from home?
No. As part of a league-wide initiative, PDF tickets were no longer valid for entry starting with the 2018 season. Fans can enter the stadium using printed tickets from the box office or mobile tickets via the Official Bengals App.
What if I don’t have a smartphone?
You will be able to enter the games with printed tickets from the box office. If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Bengals Ticket Hotline at (513) 621-8383 for assistance.
Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?
Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage forwarding (transfer) tickets to each of your guests and saving your ticket to your phone's digital wallet prior to game day.
What if I need help on gameday?
You may visit the box office located on the plaza between Gate B & C in the North Endzone at Paycor Stadium on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account. We also have Mobile Ticket Resolution tents located outside of Gate A & Gate D. You can also call the Bengals Ticket Hotline at (513) 621-8383 for assistance.
If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the Official Bengals App?
Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Official Bengals App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password.
Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Paycor Stadium?
No, screenshots of tickets will not work for entry into Paycor Stadium. All mobile ticket barcodes refresh every few seconds so a screenshot will not work at the gate.
I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?
If you are handing off your printed tickets, those will be valid. If you prefer to transfer your tickets online or on your mobile device, the recipient will only be able to access tickets via mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets. They will need to log in or create a My Bengals Account to access the tickets.
What if I don’t have the Official Bengals App?
You can download the Official Bengals App for free through the App store for iOS users or through Google Play for Android users.
