Moore played for Detroit the past two seasons. He played 16 games for the Lions in 2007, logging 37 tackles and two sacks, and he played nine games for Detroit last season, with 27 tackles and one sack. His Lions contract expired following last season, and today marks his first NFL signing for 2009.

Moore broke into the NFL with Cincinnati in 2003 and 2004.

Moore was a sixth-round Bengals draft choice in 2003. He did not play in ’03, spending most of the year on the practice squad, but he played 15 games with eight starts for Cincinnati in 2004, with a career-high 41 tackles and a sack. He played for Arizona in 2005 and for a portion of 2006.
