      A veteran in his prime, Minter joins Bengals for 2017 as an unrestricted free agent, after four seasons with Arizona ... Started every game for Cardinals the last two seasons and finished second on the team in tackles each year ... Second-round 2013 draft choice has played in 61 consecutive games (including postseason) and helped lead the Cardinals to playoffs in both 2014 and ’15 ... Proven performer against the rush and in pass coverage ... Posted his career high for tackles (12) vs. Bengals in 2015.
