The office of Gary Uberstine, agent for Bengals rookie linebacker Rey Maualuga, confirmed Wednesday that the Bengals and their second-rounder have agreed to terms on a contract and the club announced it later in the day. ProFootballTalk.com reported a total value of $4.66 million with $2.84 million guaranteed for what is believed to be a four-year deal. The agreement leaves only first-rounder Andre Smith and third-round defensive end Michael Johnson as the remaining unsigned rookies.

The Bengals report to training camp at Georgetown College on Thursday and conduct their first practice session on Friday.
