Single-game playoff tickets on sale

Posted Dec 24, 2013

Single-game tickets for the first Bengals home playoff game are now on sale.

Single-game tickets for the first Bengals home playoff game are now on sale. As AFC North Division champions, the Bengals are assured of hosting a playoff game on either Jan. 4 or 5 (Wild Card round) or Jan. 11 or 12 (Divisional round), depending on the results of this weekend’s final regular season games in the NFL.

“We have good locations available on all three levels of Paul Brown Stadium,” said Andrew Brown, Bengals ticket sales manager.

Previously, playoff tickets were available only as a two-game package, with refunds available if the second game were not played. The second game, if the Bengals qualify, would be the AFC Championship game on Jan. 19.

Tickets may be purchased online here at Bengals.com. Fans also may contact Ticketmaster by phone at 800-745-3000.

Tickets may also be purchased through the Bengals Ticket Hotline at 513-621-8383 (TDTD), or in person at Paul Brown Stadium, but the ticket hotline and ticket office will be closed on Christmas Day.

As his position coach, Jay Hayes is one of Devon Still’s biggest fans. As the Bengals defensive line coach, he is also supervising the most competitive group on the roster as they head into Thursday night’s pre-season finale (7-Cincinnati’s Channel 12) in Indianapolis. Earlier this week, Hayes sat in his office counting the chairs, as if reminding himself after 13 years this is quite a moment.

His fellow wide receivers feel good now that Marvin Jones is back after missing last season. Mohamed Sanu calls him their “spark.” And the numbers say Bengaldom should be glad he’s back. They are 7-1 when Jones scores a TD. But the biggest thing after “a lot of low points,” is that Jones thinks he’s back.
