The Bengals on Tuesday made the following roster moves:

Re-signed tight end Richard Quinn, who was on the Bengals roster for Games 1-3 of this season (inactive) and was waived this past Saturday. He was a second-round draft choice of Denver in 2009 and played in 29 games with four starts for the Broncos over 2009-10.

Waived cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris, a rookie from Tennessee-Chattanooga. Lewis-Harris was with the Bengals in preseason as a college free agent, and he began the regular season on the practice squad. He was signed to the roster on Sept. 29 and played this past Sunday at Jacksonville.
