Lewis-Harris gets the call from PS

As expected  the Bengals turned to their practice squad Saturday to aid their battered cornerbacks corps when they signed Chris Lewis-Harris, and for the second time in five days week waived safety Jeromy Miles to make room on the roster.

Miles cleared waivers, was re-signed Wednesday and returned to practice Friday in limited fashion with a hamstring injury the special teams ace sustained two weeks ago in the opener.

With cornerback Brandon Ghee (concussion) already out, cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick (hamstring) doubtful after not practicing all week, and third corner Adam Jones questionable after being limited Thursday and Friday with an abdomen issue, the Bengals need help behind starters Leon Hall and Terence Newman as they brace for Green Bay's NFL-leading offense.

There's not much experience. The Bengals picked up third-year corner Curtis Marsh on Wednesday two weeks after he got cut in Philadelphia, where he played 62 snaps for the Eagles last season. Lewis-Harris played 21 snaps in two games as a Bengals rookie last season before he appeared in the Wild Card playoff.
