Bengals tight end J.P. Foschi has been selected to participate this year in the NFL Business Management and Entrepreneurial Program.

The program, which enrolls players at top universities for executive education workshops, is an ongoing initiative between the NFL and the NFL Players Association. It is designed to assist players in preparing for their post-playing careers and is now in its sixth year. This year’s program includes 75 players leaguewide.

Foschi is among 36 players scheduled for sessions next month at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business.

Players complete an application process to join the program. Enrollment criteria includes level of education, professional business experience, interest in starting, owning, or managing a business, and leadership and community involvement. Under the NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement, players may be reimbursed for up to $15,000 this year for education expenses at an accredited institution of higher learning.
