Dalton up for FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week

Andy Dalton is one of three finalists for FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week.

Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been recognized by the NFL for his efforts in last Sunday's 27-24 victory over the Detroit Lions.

Dalton is one of three finalists for FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week along with Falcons QB Matt Ryan and Redskins QB Robert Griffin III.

Dalton completed 24 of 34 passes for 372 yards, three touchdowns, no interceptions, and a passer rating of 135.9 in leading the Bengals to their second consecutive road win.

Bengals fans can vote for Dalton now through Friday, October 25 at 3 p.m. ET to determine the FedEx Air NFL Player of the Week. The winner will be announced Friday on NFL Total Access on NFL Network and on NFL.com.

Robert Geathers acknowledged it’s going to be a challenging week preparing for AFC North leader Baltimore at Paul Brown Stadium next Sunday, but, "We’ve got a good enough of core guys, good veterans.
