CHARCOAL GRILL TURKEY BURGERS
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. lean ground turkey
2 tsp Dijon mustard
½ cup Ricotta cheese
½ tsp salt
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
½ tsp ground black pepper
Combine the ground turkey, ricotta, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl until blended. Lightly toss one portion from hand to hand to form a ball, and then lightly flatten the ball with your fingertips into a one-inch thick patty. Repeat with the remaining portions of meat. Prepare a medium hot grill and grill the burgers, uncovered, over the hotter part of the grill, turning once until well brown on both sides 6 to 8 minutes. Serves four. |
