The Bengals in conjunction with The Enquirer, Dayton Daily News, Springfield News-Sun and Middletown Journal are celebrating 40 years of exciting football and giving fans and collectors the opportunity to capture the nostalgia with the Officially Licensed Cincinnati Bengals 40th Anniversary Medallion Collection.
This year's collection contains a new style, full-color, glossy collector's album and 22 antique bronze and silver Medallions. The Medallions include a mix of former Bengals greats (from Anthony Munoz to Boomer Esiason), current stars (such as Carson Palmer and Rudi Johnson) plus head coach Marvin Lewis, founder Paul Brown and a commemorative 40th Anniversary Medallion. The collector's album features photography, profiles, and an article recapping 40 years of Bengals football and a special place to hold each of the 22 Medallions.
Bengals fans can begin collecting their medallions NOW until October 4 by cutting out the daily medallion coupon printed in your local daily newspaper and taking it to a participating retailer to purchase that day's medallion for only $2.99 plus tax. *coupons are published Friday through Sunday, with bonus coupons on Saturdays for fans to collect any previously released medallions, only while supplies last.
This collection began on Sunday, September 9 when readers could clip a coupon redeemable at participating retailers for a FREE ALBUM. *albums may be still available at participating retailers while supplies last.
