March 25, 2006 - Shayne Graham, kicker for the Cincinnati Bengals served as the Honorary Chairman of the BID 'N BAKE – Benefit Auction and Clam Bake at Maketewah Country Club in Cincinnati, to raise much needed funds for St. Aloysius Orphanage. The fun-filled evening included live entertainment by Triage, a silent and live auction, and a feast of seafood including a clam bake, shrimp boil and crab legs!

Shayne has dedicated his time and community efforts to serving the kids with the most need in Greater Cincinnati. "We were thrilled to have him visit St. Aloysius and spend time with our kids. He made a great impact on them and serves as an excellent role model," commented Laurie Simons, Development Coordinator.

St. Aloysius Orphanage is a social service and mental health agency serving children and families in the Greater Cincinnati area through a number of programs. Some of these services include an Education Center, residential services and foster care placement. Using the Family Teaching Model we focus on reinforcing positive behaviors, teaching how to correct negative behaviors and utilizing appropriate alternative skills. We commit our resources to nurturing the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual strengths of these children and families. More information about St. Aloysius Orphanage can be found on our website at stalsorphanage.org.
