The Cincinnati Ben-Gals have played a major role in the Bengals organization year after year since 1968. On the field, these ladies perform in front of more than 64,000 fans at Paul Brown Stadium. When they are not cheering on the team, they are spending countless hours practicing, exercising and volunteering for community and charity events throughout the tri-state.
The Ben-Gals have appeared at charity functions, conventions, grand openings, trade shows, and other charitable and civic causes each year. These ladies are young professionals who not only are involved in their own careers, but they are involved in many hours per week working for the Bengals organization within the community.
The Ben-Gals can add excitement to any occasion. Whether it be signing autographs, mingling with guests or performing their many dance routines, they are sure to add a special element to any event. The Cincinnati Ben-Gals participated in over 100 community events throughout the tri-state last year. ***Read below for FAQs on becoming a Ben-Gal Cheerleader***

HOW CAN I BEST PREPARE?
You have several choices to get ready for auditions by signing up for our dance classes and audition workshops.
The dance classes will be an opportunity to teach you skill sets, rehearse specific dance moves, and allow the staff to work with you on improving the expected necessities to make the squad. These classes are new and will be held the following dates at Paul Brown Stadium from 7-8:30 p.m.
» Tuesday, Feb. 19 & Tuesday, Feb. 26
» Tuesday, Mar. 5; Thursday, Mar. 14; Tuesday, Mar. 19; Tuesday, Mar. 26
» Tuesday, April 2; Tuesday, April 9; Tuesday, April 16; Tuesday, April 23; Tuesday, April 30
These are strictly dance classes from 7-8:30 p.m. on the above dates. The classes individually are $20 and staffed by our Ben-Gals and choreographers. If you sign up for four or more classes at once by Feb. 19, your cost is $15 per session. You can attend as many classes as you choose. They aren't mandatory, but recommended to increase your skill levels.
We also will be hosting our four clinics that will include more dance, skill sets, and glamour expectation classes. They are clinics and more time is spent on detailing the whole program. It will focus on physique, and ways to become fit in the process of trying out for an NFL team. These clinics will be three hours in length and there is a rotation of groups in skill sets, dance, glamour, and fitness. Individual assessments are made by the Director and Coaches, giving you an opportunity to ask questions, and improve your tryout experience.
Clinic dates are:
» Saturday, Mar 30
» Saturday, April 6, Saturday, April 13 and Saturday, April 20
» All clinics are from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Since this is the first year to add the dance classes, the difference between the clinics and dance classes is that the dance classes will go over drills and repetition of skills. It is more casual and offered to teach you the skills you may be lacking. The clinics are designed to improve your skills and go into more detail on how you as an individual can make the squad. Clinics are $30 per class or if you sign up for the package of four at once by March 30, you save $20.
» Must be 21 years of age by Sept 1, 2013; driver's license must be turned in for copy.
